We all do it, don't finish the final set at the gym, tell ourselves we'll start again on Monday ,  ghost our coaches, let our goals fade into the distance when we might have had a really good chance of getting there.

Self-sabotaging or self-handicapping is really quite common. WE ALL DO IT. So why do we do it? Is this is the secret sauce to overcoming obstacles and finally reaching our goals?
