I rarely ever see anyone talking about the nuanced middle of improving your body image, and that you don't have to feel guilty for losing weight. In this episode, I break down a conversation that I had with one of my clients a few weeks ago because she felt guilty for losing weight, and by the end of our conversation, she felt a bit different.
It's quite normal to feel like you want to lose weight, but sometimes in understanding the importance of body image, we go too far the other way in think that it is always a bad thing.
